Lisa was brilliant at getting me checked in quickly, so yes I would recommend to anyone in the area.

The service online and in the branch was very good. Lisa was super helpful, concise, friendly and made the whole in branch process very straightforward. However, on the negative side, I didn't find it great that the insurance aspect isn't highlighted earlier in the quotation process. As a first time customer to storage although I still chose to go ahead with Big Yellow, the lateness in introducing this additional cost meant I had to go back and run through the costs again compared with other companies.

Kendell was a legend! It was a very stressful day getting back to Bristol. I thought we might be too late (arriving 5:20- he said it would be fine,. Adequate sure I was checked in, didn't rush me and ensured everything was taken care of. Great example of customer service.
