The customer service at BS5 store was excellent. I dealt with Justin to book the actual store room. He was extremely personable and helpful, by showing us different size rooms. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was charming at all times. I felt checking in online in the comfort of my home very good. On 14th October 2017 I was checked in by Kim, who was efficient, friendly, patient and excellent. Lewis her colleague offered me coffee, and found colouring entertainment for my grandson. Kim and Lewis were really charming and extremely helpful. Justin, Kim and Lewis are a credit to the company. I will certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Friendly and helpful staff providing a good service

Check in was fast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lock up good size. Staff provided useful information i had not thought of.

Lisa offered great service and was very helpful. She explained all details. The storage units are clean and secure. The extended access is a great feature and it's not expensive.

It is the first time I have used a storage facility and I had the choice of many in the area, but even when I was initially enquiring the staff at Big Yellow were friendly and courteous. When I arrived they were friendly, helpful and excellent ambassadors for the company

As a new customer I was given loads of help and advice on how to store my items and how the process worked. Lisa from Barrow Road was extremely helpful and explained everything so I knew what to do and answered any of the questions I had even though it was busy and she was by herself in reception
