Check in was easy, facilities are clean and secure. Great customer service. Kendell Charlen was very helpful and answered any questions I had.

Everything was fairly straightforward. Storage facility looks decent, secure and well maintained. Options for changing the space required are also flexible, I believe. Only doubt is the inventory; I'd been filling it in as I packed each box, but now I've checked some stuff in before completing bulk of packing/moving in and don't seem to be able to adjust inventory.

The team I spoke to were super! Extremely helpful and easy to talk to, kept me updated and called me to offer extra information. When I came into sort out the paperwork and make payment the staff at Bristol Central storage were lovely and very personable, making me feel completely at ease and comfortable with everything. I would like to personally thank Justin, Kendell, Lewis, Lisa and Kim for making the process stress free and simple. Thanks to this team I am very happy to use this service again and would personally recommend this branch of big yellow self storage and any other branch to someone in the future.
