The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Offered me a cup of tea (sounds small but when you have been lifting furniture all day you need it!) It was Lewis and Lisa that were working that day and they are both an asset to your company.

The whole process was very easy. The website is very userfriendly and has all the information I needed to decide the size of the space. Check in online - perfect to save time! Lisa, who assisted me, was extremely helful and kind. Thank you!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They explained everything I needed to know in a simple and convenient way. The service was fast as well without any uneccessary delays.

The staff at big yellow have always been fantastic, they are both very efficient and good at their job. But also very friendly and helpful. The actual room itself was incredibly helpful to grow our business and recieve large shipments. I particularly found Justin and Kendell's help very useful!

Approachable, knowledgeable on details of storage, explained everything well and no waiting times. Lisa at Central Bristol was particularly good and helpful.

I was dealt with by Kendall (Bristol St Phillips branch) who was polite, welcoming, informative and patient (I had my 6 year old in tow). The storage facility was clean, as was the whole set up, which left me feeling confident by belongings would be safe and secure.

Excellent service, great staff and a really good facility. I've knocked off a few points due to the insurance - my home insurer covered me (and your staff dealt with this efficiently) but the cost seemed extremely high /
