The staff that I dealt with (on the phone and in person) were really friendly and helpful, and explained the process clearly.

Justin and Kendell at the Barrow Road, Bristol Branch were very welcoming, friendly, very knowledgeable and ensured I was completely happy with the storage services I would be receiving. They answered every question I asked and double checked I was happy.

Check in was very flexible. Staff were helpful and informative, telling me whether I would have to wait when I came to drop things off. Simple secure system and good advice given as to the amount of storage I required.
