I've always felt valued as a customer with BY, staff are always polite, friendly and courteous. Most recently I was given great customer support by Lisa and Kim, whom helped me out of a difficult situation when the removal company let me down at the last minute. I was immediately put in contact with a lovely family business (manley) John & Jake father & son, whom came to my rescue. Lewis (manager) also honoured a price promise commitment. I would have no hesitation in recommending BY. Other institutions would be well advised to learn from BY's customer care/service.
