I was contacted on the phone by an employee within minutes after I registered on the website which made it easier for me to choose the right room size and additional services (extended access etc.). Check-in process was very simple and I had no problems using the storage.
Mr Kendell Charles, Was very friendly and helpful. Had time to show me how to get around and provided me with the information I needed to know.
Lisa was great - she was very welcoming, explained everything very clearly and made the whole process very simple. I have never used self storage before so this was a great first experience.
I really don't think this survey goes far enough to express how grateful my wife and I were to for the service Lisa gave us on the evening of Tuesday 4th July. We were really struggling to make it there in time for reception closing time and Lisa changed her plans and gave up her own time to stay late to check us in. She truly went above and beyond and totally raised the bar for what we'd expected. I don't know what we would've done without her help.
