Lisa was very nice to me and helped me even when I was in difficulty.

Kendal and Lisa made a very stressful moment/day for me very relaxing. The pressure I was under became no pressure in the end. The experience was phenomenal and I would recommend my family and friends to big yellow. Awesome team! Thank you Big Yellow!

The staff were very friendly and took me through everything I needed to know. The process of unloading items into th trolleys and into the storage containers was also very easy

Liz or Lynne (forgot name sorry) was very polite, helpful and explained everything to make sure I understood fully how it all worked. I was even made a lovely cup of tea.

Kim handled our check-in to the Bristol Central branch. Great customer service! Cannot fault her or her colleague. We'd just driven from London after having moved out of our house and were offered a coffee on arrival. Very much appreciated. Would highly recommend Big Yellow because of Kim. She is an absolute asset to your business!
