I felt it was good service but not exceptional. This is the second time i have used big yellow and i am satisfied that the company are reputable and reliable.

Generally okay. I am a bit confused about the logging out process. When I got home I read the documents and it said that I must log out with my pin number, I did not do this and I do not think I was told to. Can you carify this for me?

I was given the best customer service I could never have expected. Lewis was amazing, he was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. Moving is hard, they made it a breeze and did it with a smile. Honestly I couldn't be more happy with the service I received. It's the lovely staff that made it easy.

i found Holly, the lady who set up my account at Big Yellow Storage the day that i was moving extremely professional, friendly and helpful. She explained everything clearly but did not overtalk the situation. Before that all members of staff with whom I spoke to on the phone were also very helpful , friendly and reassuring. We came to the 'big yellow storage' as an emergency, and was seen and helped very quickly. The staff were supportive, helpful, and always happy to talk about any enquiries, The storage itself was very bright and large, luckily we were on the bottom floor so easy access and our move from house to storage was quick and easy. When we had any questions they were answered confidently and quickly, and we were remembered and said hello to at every arrival. I cannot fault this service, and felt the need to comment so quickly after finishing loading our items into our unit. Having used a previous unit at the same company i have found this particular site to be the best so far!!
