Overall the experience was very positive. All staff have been very helpful. The whole experience was easy to do.

I felt it was good service but not exceptional. This is the second time i have used big yellow and i am satisfied that the company are reputable and reliable.

Generally okay. I am a bit confused about the logging out process. When I got home I read the documents and it said that I must log out with my pin number, I did not do this and I do not think I was told to. Can you carify this for me?

I was given the best customer service I could never have expected. Lewis was amazing, he was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. Moving is hard, they made it a breeze and did it with a smile. Honestly I couldn't be more happy with the service I received. It's the lovely staff that made it easy.

i found Holly, the lady who set up my account at Big Yellow Storage the day that i was moving extremely professional, friendly and helpful. She explained everything clearly but did not overtalk the situation. Before that all members of staff with whom I spoke to on the phone were also very helpful , friendly and reassuring.
