Tim and Nick at Big Yellow Self Storage in Bromley were incredibly helpful on my moving-out day. They went above and beyond to make the process easy, and in the end I decided not to leave but to move into a new storage unit that better suits my needs, and at a fraction of the price! My second time using Big Yellow in Bromley. Great storage facilities. Great location. Perfect for our needs. The staff here have been absolutely great, from helping me pick out a suitably sized room, to getting the best deal, being super understanding and accommodating when my move date got pushed back, to keeping things very clear and transparent. Nick, Martin and Tim have been superstars. Again, I got a very good deal for a long term booking (12 months). I real really can't complain. Facilities are super clean, well maintained and secure. I would highly recommend this Big Yellow.
