Hannah Moon did a fantastic job at Bromley, making the process slick and easy. The telephone conversation I had with your team prior to this was also straightforward.

Initial enquiry was handled well and all information was made very clear. The actual process was easy to understand. The only query was that I booked my own insurance as the website says but didn't know that Big Yellow provided it or price matched it so that could be made clearer as I would have happily just booked it as well as the storage if I'd known that was an option.

Darren & Hannah at the Bromley branch were friendly, enthusiastic and informative. They talked me through/showed me the procedures. I wasn't particularly keen to use a storage facility anywhere tbh. However, after discussing my needs through with them both, I became a bit of a convert. I have enjoyed every subsequent trips I have made here. The whole process is fluid and clear; great for ease of access.
