Everything has been easy and straightforward

Very easy, was called within a few hours of booking to check if I had any questions.

I wasn’t sure at first how big a space I would need and changed my mind a few times. My dealings online with your staff were easy and stress free.

Initial contact was very good and friendly advice given. However, I feel that you could use technology far better. There is no way to update inventory, I have to go into the office every time I add boxes. In this environment, we should be able to update safely online. Part of your sales drive is the ability to add and remove boxes, I should not have to go into the office for each box I need to store. Decluttering takes time and happens over a number of weeks, I should be able to do that more easily. Your agent told me that you prefer everything being stored initially with no additions, make that clear on your website and I would have gone elsewhere.

A life changing experience!!! Amazing stuff. Such a charmers with glasses! It took some time but it felt like a few minutes thanks to Hannah, Dipesh and the new employee Jonathan, who kept me entertained through all the time.
