All was made very clear by your staff. An email with all the details followed my initial phone enquiry.
The staff were very helpful and professional in answering my queries pre and during move in. Particularly helpful was the staff member who assisted me on the check in day.
No problems whatsoever As my “moving in date” changed one phone call and my “billing period” was changed with no fuss
Only after reading the FAQs did I realise I could update my inventory on the day of check-in (after I had checked in). Otherwise, easy and all good.
The initial enquiry was stress free as all aspect of the booking was explained to me in ways I could understand.
Despite me mucking up my booking and reservation, my issue was resolved with ease and understanding. The welcome at the Bromley storage site was made by Devlin and he was very thorough and professional.
I was impressed with the help we received. Everyone we dealt with was polite and efficient. Check in ran smoothly except for the fact that we had arranged our own insurance which seemed to be a very small problem at first but the £54 insurance premium was then removed from our invoice.
