I found the quote process long winded & annoying, I just wanted to compare sizes & prices at a couple of nearby centres - had to fill forms in multiple times & waste your employees time by having them call To follow up each time

The staff at Bromley very very helpful with showing me several storage units. I had a few problems with the online application due to it being for a business but rang up and dealt with two Deborahs who again very very helpful

Everything was explained very clearly and both the booking and moving in processes were simple and stress free.

I have visited the Bromley site once before, and service is just as good this time as it was the last time. NB: There is a yellow sign asking to enter code, but does not specify, must put star / code / than hash, it just says enter code. But the very small sign ( has it all ). Just a small remark.

Josh was very helpful and explained in great detail how the process would work, offering support with anything I was unsure about.

Our kitchen provider actually set up the account then I took over. Once I worked out what I needed to do, the process was straightforward.
