I have never used a storage facility before and didn’t know what to expect. Josh handled my enquiry in a professional but very customer friendly manner making it a very easy process .

Booked a store in Beckenham then realised Bromley is closer. Rebooked the store andhad a bit of an issue with doing the online check in for Bromley room didn't match. Got a call from Josh at the Bromley store he sorted it all out. Went to the store Josh was there and he went through everything with me. And got set up with my room, he went through everything I needed to know. He was really pleasant guy, helpful and friendly.

Telephoned for information and within a few hours had completed storage.. Excellent customer customer service especially under the current Covid circumstances

Initial enquiry was handled in the Bromley store by Devlin, who emailed a quote and showed me a unit, of the size I wanted. I then phone back and Richard advised me to finish the enquiry online, which made life very easy. Then when I came back in, I signed the paperwork, was shown procedures and where the unit was located and I moved my stuff in. Both employees, we're polite, friendly, efficient, which made the whole process very easy!!
