Originally reserved a space in Orpington store and realised that the bromley store had better space option. I spoke with Hannah at Bromley and she arranged for the swap of the booking. Doing an online cancellation of a reservation is not possible it seems. Change to the online process would help there. Anyway it was all sorted without a hitch and Hannah explained everything clearly.

It was efficiently conducted by skilled staff.

Booking was easy, online check in was good. Hannah at BLS bromley was AMAZING on check in, especially as we were told very late in the day by someone else we needed to be there earlier than planned.
