All the staff in the Bromley branch, were very helpful indeed.
This was my first experience of using the Yellow Box Delvin went through everything at easy pace. All my concerns and questions where answered and further information sent to my email, for my convenience.
I spoke to Hannah on the phone who was extremely helpful. I was delighted that Hannah was the one who served me when I came in to pay and get the padlock. I was very stressed and tired as I was about to become homeless. She was very efficient and helpful. The only downer was when I went down in the lift to get the last trolley load, I couldn't get back up as I got a message saying "Access Denied - Area closed". There was no-one in reception, so I rang security. They said they couldn't do anything and gave me a number to ring, and then I realised I'd left my phone at home! I had to wait for my van man to come down to see where I was. I thought someone was supposed to check at closing time if you were still there if they saw you hadn't entered your security code before leaving the premises? Hannah may have mentioned about getting a special code, but I was stressed and exhausted and must have forgotten all about it. I know I asked her about overtime, but I haven't been able to sleep properly for several days due to my housing situation.
Done online was very easy to understand
I have to say that I was very pleasant my surprised by the courtesy and professionalism of everyone I dealt with at Yellow Storage, Bromley
Natalie really helped me by showing me the various rooms available so I could select the right one. She also handled the check-in process very efficiently the day before my move-in day so that my move-in was hassle free.
So far it has been a very pleasant experience. I have never used any kind of storage before and a friend suggested using Yellow Box. Despite living within Bromley for many years, I had never heard of yellow Box. I went in and met Nathalie who was a delight and responded well to my numerous questions and reassured me about the security of the system. As one of the older people who has still not mastered going "on line" I needed help to access the system and complete the form. I spoke to Patrick on the phone who again reassured that entering my bank details was safe and secure. I went the day before my stuff was taken to the box and dealt with Devlin who again was very professional and helpful and made everything go smoothly. I like the way that everything was facilitated and explained easily. My stuff is there for eight weeks and I hope that this good service will continue. Many thanks.
I was told what size storage unit I would need by just describing what I had to go in it and was totally correct. This was a great help to me.

Everything went perfectly! The initial enquiry has handled by your call centre and the operator was super helpful. At the store Nathalie was fantastic and made everything easy (in spite of all the forms!)
