I totally thought it was very expensive service, until I made enquiries, in desperation. Got to know there was always a promotion going on throughout the year and if that was the case, then its an affordable service to use. Am totally happy to use them again, if there was ever a need. Bless

I needed storage for my things as I am currently in between flats/houses so I am staying with friends and therefore do not have room to store all my stuff. I've got a 30 sq ft box with Big Yellow and am storing a double bed, television stand and around 15-20 boxes and there's still room to spare. To start off with I thought I needed a 50 sq ft box but the staff are very experienced and told me I wouldn't need bigger than 30 sq ft. Access is very easy and there are lots of trolleys to transport your boxes so minimal lifting and no stairs!

The information was given too quickly to take in easily. There was only one person on duty and you could tell he was worried about other people coming in. He also failed to give us the discount but he quickly put this right when it was pointed out.

From the moment I walked in the door everything was made easy for me. The attitude of both the manager Scott and his assistant Luke made it a pleasure to do business with Big Yellow and the ease by which we could complete the paperwork and start using our storage area was excellent.

Alot easier than I expected thanks to staff. I would recommend to anyone who wants a hassle free experience with storage.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. Everything was fully explained and their experience in this kind of operation shows in the thought they have given it. Secure, clean and accessible, and it's less than one mile from where we need our goods when our new home is ready. Great prices too for a short term rental.
