As a first time user of this service I was extremely impressed with the cusitomer service offered, extremely professional and friendly.

i came across on an emergancy and the staff were so helpfull, from the chap who went over the deals they had on (8 weeks at 50% rent) and then again on check in day the chap who showed me my room and the guy who finalised my payments. the appearence of the store is always clean and tidy (i had been over to buy boxes before) but my room had some broken glass on the floor which i was a bit dissapointed about, the rooms aren't cleaned out properly after use. but that's down to the user just as much as the staff. the only other thing that was a bit of shock was the cost of the pad lock, it cost almost as much as a weeks rent on the room! then again that's partly my fault, i should have realised i need to bring one. all in all i think it's a steal of a deal and has top notch staff :)

I've never used storage before and the whole experience was so easy and straight forward. I would have no hesitation to use Big Yellow in the future.

Never used storage facilities before, but from the moment we stepped in the store we were greeted by friendly, knowledgable staff. They helped us estimate the room needed and made everything as simple as possible. Moving in day was as efficient as the day we booked. Thanks to big yellow, I'm delighted!

I have never experienced puting belongings into storage before, Vic at your Farwig Lane Branch in Bromley was so helpful on what became a very stressful day for me, I am so grateful for the help and support I received. Sarah Lyons

only just started using big yellow again after a break of 5 years (at a different store) but the service seems to be as good and efficient as ever.
