Acquiring space was quick and easily provided by sending in the necessary detail on-line. The bright interior makes the facility feel welcoming and secure and the manager and staff were helpful in guiding me towards a space size that was adequate for my needs. If I do need more room, I've been assured that I can move up with the minimum of fuss.
Would be nice to have one evening opening late for midweek flexibility. Say open until 8:00pm rather that closing at 6:00pm every evening. Otherwise good service.
The staff have been fantastically helpful, and the overall structure of the deal is very fair.

Big Yellow (I'm using Farwig Lane Bromley) has a very well-thought-out system for secure storage, with clean buildings, big lifts and very helpful and communicative staff. I'd have used them long ago if I'd have known how straightforward it all is. For what it offers, it's fairly priced, though it's a bit expensive for out of hours access, which is why I've deducted a star for value and access.
I was very inpressed with how clean and tidy the yellow storage is but my biggest compliment must go to the attitude and friendlyness of the staff. The gentleman I dealt with was very friendly and made sure everything was made clear to me. Even tho it was obvious that it was under staff as they was people waiting to book in he kept all the waiting customers updated with how long he would be and kept cracking jokes so we didnt get bored sitting around waiting. The only negative point would be the opening times, as many people have to work and dont get home to gone 6 it would be a good idea to have the out of hours access extended to 7pm to give time to the customer time to go there without being charged

The Big Yellow has been a god send for us.We needed storage at short notice and they were able to help us.Vic who works there has been brilliant.He explained everything to us perfectly.Nothing was to much trouble for him.In our opinion we have had great customer service and would definatly reccommend the company.

Ours was an urgent job. We needed available, secure storage space after a flood which damaged two class rooms. After an initial enquiry the manager of the Bromley office, Scott, called for more details and to try to tailor a solution to meet the school's needs. After some discussion the school went with his proposals. He was able to offer space in a very short place of time and made all the paperwork as simple as possible. The school has been well pleased so far with the service offered and particularly with Scott who clearly puts his customers first.
