I needed a place to store all my uni stuff after moving out from halls...I managed to get my stuff into storage on the day! It was amazing...hassle free! Definitely value for your money! Thanks big thumbs up!
Big Yellow have been absolutely great for us... the excellent service started for us when we arrived to put our furniture into storage after a very long, hot drive from Scotland. We had to call to say that we were not going to arrive until 2pm which is the time the store closes and the member of staff there was entirely accomodating, and made us feel at ease and that we did not have to rush. Ever since our first introdution, every member of staff we have dealt with have been entirely accomodating and helpful.
The staff were really helpful, we'd had a flood at home and the decorators were finally coming in to do the work. This was all very stressful what with working full time etc. When we walked into the office there was a calmness and the staff were great. I felt that I could finally relax a bit knowing that we were in good hands. I

The envionemnt is ok but two kind of services are left empty.1-Trash disposal system2-car rental services and last but not least we had problem with electricity access near our storage All the rest is good nd satisfactory
Big Yellow came to the rescue when i needed a short term solution to a spacing issue. They provided a fantastic price, great location and a simple solution. Security was clearly not an issue and although I worried about the snows potential impact on what seemed a fairly flimsy storage, I needn't have worried, all was well. The whole process of securing storage was completely uncomplicated, easy to follow and simple at a time of stress, exactly what was needed.
I was most impressed with the good, old-fashioned courtesy shown by the staff. They explained everything clearly and made you feel special.
I needed to use storage when my house conveyancing dragged on for far longer than anticipated so, finding myself in the position of having to move out of my rented property and crash with a friend, thank heavens for the existence of Big Yellow. Staff at the Bromley branch were really helpful and the discount rate made the final bill (and refund!) an absolute relief at a time when finances were really tight. The only criticism was that the storage bays smelled very strange but it had been newly built so maybe that's why.
I have never used self storage before but everything was explained clearly to me. Price was surprisingly low. Very impressed overall.
