No problems organising and using the facility but too much time spent on admin !!

My family and I are moving out of the country and we were a bit concerned initially, as to what we would do with all our belongings, Big Yellow took that concern away mostly due to their safe environment and the helpfull staff.

Big Yellow provides a practical service that is easy to use and gives you peace of mind. I chose the Bromley store because it is so easy to get to. I also like the fact that you can use it during hours that suit you. Big Yellow in Bromley provided everything I needed and I received service with a smile!

I found the whole Big Yellow experience so stress free. From getting the quote on line to then talking to staff at my local store and then going into my unit, it couldn't have been easier. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use Big Yellow Self Storage again.

I was greeted at the store by a very helpful and nice member of staff. I was well explained and shown the security system - which seems to be really secure. The store was spotless. There were enough trolleys available for use, even though I collected my things on Saturday. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I shall definitely recommend to others.

We were very impressed with how professional the service and facilities were at Big Yellow Bromley. We had never used storage before and didn't expect this level of service. We would definitely use again.

I only wish i had more stuff to store, an absolute pleasure of an experience.
