Initial enquiry was very helpful explaining room sizes and prices. Process explained very well.

Initial inquiry was very well done. The actual move in was also stress free, although the inventory process is difficult as I want to add and change things depending on when I bring them. Now the store has to do it as I have no access to it.

I visited requiring a store room very urgently following a house flood and Julia was extremely helpful and efficient in dealing with the process. I had a room within about 20 minutes of walking in. Exactly what I needed during a very difficult time.

Thought online check-in process was good; not sure it saved much time on the day though. And the inventory system should be updatable online.
