I made an online enquiry i got an immediate pricing response and within 24hours i got a friendly call from Julia who handled my concerns queries helpfully professionally and gave me an instore deal . On checking in on the day having moved from your new Malden office, i was warmly welcomed by Lee Madigan, at first i thought the check in was going to be the reams of signings i did over a year ago and then surprise Lee presented me with an electronic sign in pad which was amazing, effortless and easy to follow , his charm and wit put us all at ease as it was done in less than the time i had expected or that he had suggested so in seeing the unit prior to moving in on the day , our removal company could get on with moving in. All in all it was a truly memorable highly favourable joyous experience, thanks to Julia and Lee thank you so much ....Definately, would recommend Big Yellow again great company, thanks guys

My initial telephone contact was with Julia at the Byfleet location. She explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. When I arrived at the Byfleet location to move my items in, again it was Julia who greeted me and explained everything. Most helpful young lady.
