Very smooth and easy process

Check in process was super smooth and staff very helpful.

I have never used storage before so was totally clueless but the lady at reception (I think Michelle) was so helpful, both with calls on the lead up but particularly on the day I moved my stuff in. Super clear, super helpful! I had a nightmare with my man with a van that day and so really appreciate such a smooth check in experience at the end of a stressful day. Thank you!
