I had a really pleasant, stress-free experience. Michelle was extremely informative, answered all my questions, gave me all the information I needed to decide to use Big Yellow. Michelle kept in touch throughout the process and updated me with any new or additional information as required.

Lauren was a great receptionist/host, that showed me goodwill towards my needs. We had two contacts, one by phone and another when I arrived to storage my packs, on both she was super attentive, informing about the options I had with care. It was because of her support that I felt that everything would be ok in the day of the delivery.

Your team was absolutely brilliant in explaining things clearly and helping me when we needed to arrange further storage. I'd like to give a special shout out to Kat and Lauren in your Camberwell team, who were absolutely wonderful. Thank you!
