Friendly staff and easy to set up and use.

The staff were very friendly and really clear with everything that needed to be done. Handover was super easy and efficient.

Kelly and Kat (i think their names are ) were lovely and helpful. They were kind and thoughtful throughout. When I did not understand due to my dsylexia (of which i apologised for) they did not make me feel stupid. Kelly kept explaining until I understood. Such lovely staff. Please give them a raise.

Staff were incredibly helpful (Lauren & Kat). They were concise and clear and very helpfulm Service was great, process was incredibly easy and fast, storage is secure

Michelle was especially helpful and friendly. Calling me up beforehand to remind me to bring identity was especially helpful.
