Very friendly staff

Kelly and Kat (i think their names are ) were lovely and helpful. They were kind and thoughtful throughout. When I did not understand due to my dsylexia (of which i apologised for) they did not make me feel stupid. Kelly kept explaining until I understood. Such lovely staff. Please give them a raise.

Staff were incredibly helpful (Lauren & Kat). They were concise and clear and very helpfulm Service was great, process was incredibly easy and fast, storage is secure

Michelle was especially helpful and friendly. Calling me up beforehand to remind me to bring identity was especially helpful.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

The options in terms of room size were fantastic, having a lock and an alarm on the room makes me feel very secure leaving my items there, and Michelle at the front desk was extremely lovely and helpful. She explained things clearly and was an absolute delight to converse with!

Big yellow will go out of the way to meet your needs and give a good price to suit your budget.

charming, polite - very, very professional staff... the units are clean, tidy, with superb loading facilities.

Online and easy check in. At the Camberwell store, Lauren was very kind and helpful. She explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. The storage is easy to use but still very protected and I feel my things are very safe there.
