Friendly helpful easy setup josh couldn't do enough to make sure we knew terms and conditions and how to get us started

The guys were so helpful and friendly. They explained the process so I fully understood....even offered me tea or coffee on arrival. Only one tiny blip....they forgot to take my £50 Groupon voucher off my bill and I have to wait until Monday for a manager to authorize it....apart from that 10/10

The staff were friendly, helpful and demonstrated good knowledge of the situation. They provided a good briefing, showed me around, and the facility was obviously in good repair and well maintained.

Very good. But lots of places where they seem to overcharge. Such as £13 for a padlock!

David at Cambridge was absolutely brilliant in every way. Informative, helpful, generous and professional. He made us very welcome and explained everything in great detail. Even gave us a cup of tea and biscuits, we have told so many people of this.
