The price of the locker was excellent. Such amazing customer service as well.

Communications were easy and staff (Josh and Dave) extremely helpful before and during the check in phase. They suggested a reliable and competitive removals company and so the whole process went very smoothly.

All our needs were met.Dabid Arnold answered every queston. Nothing was too much trouble. Extremely polite and so helpful. Never been treated as good before. Advice exceptionale!!

Very friendly staff - David, pleasant, efficient, relaxed. Easy to use facility. Perfect location for me.

Staff very helpful, terms seem very flexible. It's still an expensive way of making up for lack of storage space at home, but needs must.

Longer opening hours would be nicer

All my interactions with Big Yellow were extremely friendly. The man with van service they recommended worked out great for me. Very reasonable price for a 40ft locker for 10 days and accommodating staff. Nice big lift and good trolleys.

The guys were so helpful and friendly. They explained the process so I fully understood....even offered me tea or coffee on arrival. Only one tiny blip....they forgot to take my £50 Groupon voucher off my bill and I have to wait until Monday for a manager to authorize it....apart from that 10/10
