David was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and Annita went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the unit and pricing. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days — they truly made me feel like a valued customer. The facility itself is clean, secure, and easy to access, but it’s the team that really makes this location stand out. Highly recommend this branch if you’re looking for storage in Cambridge. This was my first time using storage in the UK, and I don’t think I’ll need to look anywhere else in the future. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Before my drop-off day, the team called to walk me through all the details, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, I was able to use one of the carts to unload my belongings—very helpful since I was on my own. Nadir welcomed me, explained how everything worked, helped me decide whether I needed a larger unit, and was incredibly supportive throughout. Excellent service, highly recommend. I also found the pricing to be very fair.

We were provided excellent service from David and Nadir. They both made the move in process so easy and seamless after a long day of packing and moving. They were both friendly and very helpful.
