Follow up phone calls with friendly staff were very helpful. Perhaps the website could state that storage cannot be booked more than a certain time in advance and that this needs to be discussed on the phone.

I was shown 2 x different sizes that could accommodate my needs, a unit was becoming available but extended its lease so Simon and Will kept me updated on when units were available.
online registration could be improved, I kept getting reminders to complete it when I had done so. For some reason it had deleted my address and that was the issue, but I had inputted it at the start of the process.
