Lovely and polite service

Excellent customer service, warm staff, and reasonable prices.

These guys (and girls) are terrific. Nothing is a problem for them. Courteous, helpful, extremely efficient and above all they always have a smile on their faces. Good customer service can make or break an experience with a company. A truly exceptional customer service team goes beyond resolving issues—they create a positive and lasting impression. I’ve never used a storage unit before so this was a really lovely surprise. My son needed to use one in between moves. From the moment we met Will and his team until leaving yesterday , we enjoyed extremely helpful, friendly and excellent customer service. The units and all areas are spotlessly clean, all very accessible with trolleys and lifts and opening times. Excellent. This is what good customer service is all about! Thank you Will and team.
