First used Armadillo 2/3 years ago and found them extremely helpful. At once again needing the use of short term storage, I automatically thought of Armadillo because of my last experience. Once again I was proved right by going to them as their customer is above the norm. Once Will picked the phone to deal with a potential client, I was very taken back that he had remembered me and why I had taken up a room 2/3 years ago. I then phoned up on Saturday where Simon picked up the phone and once again was as polite as he was the first time we spoke 2/3 years ago, but remember the last time we had spoken then. These two employees should be replicated with anything to do with Customer service. Filipe

Were very quick to follow up enquiry. They also gave me some valuable advice. Was asked to consider that the space I was looking for might be too large, and I might save money by getting somthing a little smaller, which was appreciated. They also pointed out that I could downsize at any point if I wished which I hadn't considered.

My enquiry was dealt with immediately, my requirements established, insurance cover agreed, the paperwork completed very quickly and efficiently and I was storing my belongings in no time at all.

I first approached them with an enquiry and spoke to Will at the Canterbury branch. He was extremely helpful and showed me around and explained everything thoroughly; nothing was too much trouble for them. I reserved the unit and then had to contact them at short notice, with my moving day. As I have mentioned, nothing was too much trouble and when I arrived with my furniture, Will made me a cup of tea, which was extremely well received, as all I wanted to do at that point was have a breather from a very trying day. The move into the storage unit went very smoothly, and I felt safe in the knowledge that my items are secure and well looked after. Thank you
