Great service - surprisingly so for a storage unit. Offered tea, etc, on arrival by Sam. Overall, nothing to complain about.

I was very impressed with the team who handled my enquiry for a unit professionally and efficiently from beginning to the end. I was informed very well over the phone about the different options available to me and they treated my case with understanding as I was moving from London into university accommodation on the weekend before the term was to begin. They were very accommodating in allowing me to have extra time moving in despite some unforeseen delays. I appreciated their efforts greatly, as it lessened the stress of moving. Upon my arrival they endeavoured to ensure I understood all the terms and agreements of the contract. I was offered assistance at every step of my induction: how to use the lifts, security instructions and even in physically moving my belongings into the unit. I was also offered coffee and the use of the lavatory by the friendly customer advisers Will Divers and Sam. I could not have hoped to receive better customer service. Thank you.

The customer service was very good. And I have used this company before and have had no problems.

Very helpful and convenient. Staff (Will and Dan(?)) called multiple times prior to check-in to answer questions and ensure that everything would go smoothly on move-in day. On the day of move-in, they helped us move to a different unit when it became apparent that the height of our items was problematic. Check in went quickly and efficiently.

I was offered tea by Will's kitchen bro. I've never been to a storage unit before so I didn't know if that is common practice but even so that was really sweet. From the second I entered the door to the time I left, I was treated so nicely. Will and his KB turned an otherwise mundane and tiring activity into a happy and fun experience! They were accommodating to my indecisiveness and I was given the chance to change my storage size without any problems. The online process was easy and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly.

Whole process was from the start was well managed. Dan was very helpful. Explained costs clearly and suggested the best deal for me to go for. On arrival the place look professional and the system was impressive. All explained clearly and in a friendly manner. I purchased a 40 square ft unit for 2 weeks.
