I was offered tea by Will's kitchen bro. I've never been to a storage unit before so I didn't know if that is common practice but even so that was really sweet. From the second I entered the door to the time I left, I was treated so nicely. Will and his KB turned an otherwise mundane and tiring activity into a happy and fun experience! They were accommodating to my indecisiveness and I was given the chance to change my storage size without any problems. The online process was easy and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly.

Whole process was from the start was well managed. Dan was very helpful. Explained costs clearly and suggested the best deal for me to go for. On arrival the place look professional and the system was impressive. All explained clearly and in a friendly manner. I purchased a 40 square ft unit for 2 weeks.

Dan and Will who both served me at various times were helpful and informative. I was moving out of my house which is stressful enough but made more so as I have never used storage before. However both were able to make the event go very smoothly and so I am most grateful.

Not comfortable having to pay insurance on things that would not be worth that amount if damaged.

Very straightforward to book a storage space and to use it. Very reasonably priced, especially considering I rented a 40 ft space. Excellent customer service, especially from Will and Dan.

Staff were very friendly and able to answer all my questions be it through phone or email. Locker was large and clean and good quality for the price.
