My initial contact was followed up by a telephone call from James to confirm that my requirements would be met by my booking (I had not completed the inventory and James was concerned that I had booked a space which was too large for my requirements). The booking was simple and, on arrival, we were met by Fenton and Marcus. Marcus made us a coffee and Fenton talked us through the terms of the contract and how to use the facility, helped us with the payment and showed us to the storage unit. Everything, including the use of the lift and trolley for unloading, was very easy and made smoother by the team, who were very friendly and professional in their approach to us.

Nice and simple initial enquiry to quotation stage with follow up phone call to clarify things. Accommodating staff during on site visit very helpful without any pressure. Final sign up stage and move in very efficiently done explaining everything in detail.
