Excellent team - very knowledgable and friendly

I used live chat to enquire then reserve my storage unit. It was easy to do and the information given to me was clear and accurate. The check in email came through quick and allowed me to complete another part of the process before getting on sight. I had to make changes to my booking when I arrived and Sian who booked me in made everything very easy after a long day of moving and driving. She was wonderful and certainly helped to take the stress out of my move.

Siam and the guy at the Cardiff branches are absolute heros. They made everything so easy and simple it was a delight.

From the outset I have dealt with James in your Penarth Road branch. Tailor made my charges to for my circumstances. There were 3 other contenders for my business but between them they couldn't muster up the expertise and attention to detail James did. Amazing knowledge of your products, so warm and inviting, extremely impressed professionally, feel completely at ease using your storage facility. Your 3 main competitors were aloof and commission driven - James is totally customer focused and that's what seals the deal. James should be recognised by your management team for his amazing customer service.

From when we arrived at the store we were treated really well and the staff couldn't do enough for us.we were offered a cuppa whilst they explained everything to us. Marcus was exceptfully helpful.

The Cardiff staff were very helpful especially as I was having to organise my belongings being moved there whilst I’m living in Australia. They were also helpful and patient with us when we popped in to sign the paperwork when we visited Cardiff during Christmas time
