Very easy to book,

Went well, unexpected phone call welcoming me once booked on line

I initially wet online for a quote as I was selling my house and due to unfortunate circumstances was unable toove everything in time. Y enquiry was picked up by James who called me to see if he could help. He was eloquent and clear in everything he said, a real asset to your company. I decided to book storage ad met with Denise. I couldn’t have even happier with the service I received from her. She was warm, welcoming and explained things several times to me as I was a bit slow on taking it all in. She remembered me when I went to see the staff at reception and saw I was really stressed and made me a coffee. Her attention to detail was impeccable. Both James and Denise are absolutely credits to the company. Customer service of this level is seldom found. To say they went over and above is merely an understatement.

The initial enquiry was handled really well, Sian rang me straight away & explained everything about it. Moving in day went really well as well, so far soo good, Really pleased.

Marcus handled my enquiries really well, stating all costs, insurances etc. When I arrived, James showed me around explaining everything that I would need to know

My initial enquiry was handled superbly by Amy who was excellent to deal with - very efficient and very friendly. She should have a pay rise. At the branch (Cardiff) I was met by Denise who was also very efficient and very friendly. Denise made a few adjustments to the booking. She is a credit to he team and should also have a pay rise. I will definitely recommend Big Yellow.

Great Staff and over the phone at reception and via internet. Worthy of genuine praise from their senior managers. On final storage day James and Fenton particularly helpful.
