I found the process in store really easy as I had never used a service like this before. The gentleman serving me was polite, friendly and helpful.

Excellent help from Marcus and Fenton. We were made to feel very welcome and everything was explained well. The facilities are also first class.

I have previously used Big Yellow and have always been impressed with the service and convenience of storage location. I feel confident that my possessions are safe in your care and I can access them at times that are useful to me. The staff at the Cardiff, Penarth Road storage are polite, patient, friendly, knowledgable and extremely helpful. I don't know all the staff names but I did catch James as one of your colleagues. I would definitely recommend Big Yellow to friends and colleagues

Site is great and people were really helpful, slight surprise on the insurance I’d the only thing I would change - happy with the unit price including the insurance but wasn’t included in my quote or mentioned until it came to paying.
