The storage facilities are kept in very good condition, very clean and tidy. The staff were very knowledgable about their products and I've found them extremely helpful and friendly in all my dealings with them.
Price is ok if you got 50% and staff service is friendly.
Brilliant! I visited the store sunday 14th August to go through the paperwork, etc. The lady that dealt with me was very very helpful, made things easy to understand and was very professional! I had my two children with me, which can be a nightmare but the lady that dealt with me was very child friendly too! I would definaltely use yellow storage again and recommend to anybody that needed storage!
I had to find storage on a very last minute and now basis and Big Yellow Penarth Road in Cardiff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Definitely would recommend them again to anyone

Big Yellow Cardiff offered me the possibility to store some of my luggage whil I was walking the coast path. very convenient. the only minor thing was that it was quit some administration for just a locker for a few days. Maybe an idea to adjust the procedures slightly for people only using a locker for a few days?

The location of the store couldn't be more convenient for me, 5 minutes from my flat! The staff are also very helpful, smiley bunch, who cope admirably with my hopelessness. Couldn't ask for more, except, maybe opening later on a Sunday?
