Customer service is always excellent from the Cheltenham branch. Units are clean. Trolleys to transport items are easy to use.

I was fairly apprehensive last year when I first decided to put things into storage, but as I remember how straightforward and friendly the service was and my situation changed to where I needed storage again, this felt like a no-brainer. This time round I found the colleague at the front desk Ellie incredibly helpful and friendly, I was torn between two rooms to go for and she helped put any concerns I had to rest. Absolute phenomenal service.
