I was fairly apprehensive last year when I first decided to put things into storage, but as I remember how straightforward and friendly the service was and my situation changed to where I needed storage again, this felt like a no-brainer. This time round I found the colleague at the front desk Ellie incredibly helpful and friendly, I was torn between two rooms to go for and she helped put any concerns I had to rest. Absolute phenomenal service.

The check in was super efficient and friendly. Very kind lady organized late access for us which was exceptionally helpful. Really first class professional and friendly service.

Every thing worked well from organising the unit and the unit itself. The staff at Cheltenham were very pleasant and professional to deal with.

Friendly staff who could listen to and address concerns as well as give information. Also gave general information regarding local area, made me a cup of tea as I'd had a long drive and was feeling frazzled and recommended a nearby dog walk. Also website was easy to use. I also liked the emphasis on security and identifying users.
