Customer service was excellent, friendly, not pressurised and we genuinely felt they cared about our particular needs and weren't just ticking a box. They put us at ease, suggested ways we could maximise our storage which we hadn't thought of and when there was a problem our end they were immediately ready to help.

Friendly staff made the hole process easy and explained having used your service s in the past it was straight forward and smoothly concluded.

It was easy and quick. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. On the day it was quick and easy to gain entry . The lady explained it very well and showed me personally .

Staff were super helpful and very attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend if need storage especially when moving house and I feel less stressed already having this in place.
