The staff member Terry Adams dealt with me from start to finish. He answered all my initial queries promptly and this really put me at ease in terms of making a decision about the right kind of storage for my needs. He was friendly and courteous throughout so I didnt feel rushed into making a decision. His customer service skills and also product knowledge was top drawer! Also I would like to add that the actual store felt welcoming and was clean and tidy which makes a very good first impression. Everything is well organised and Ive had know problem with using the store
