Big Yellow Cheltenham has been absolutely fantastic! John and Charlotte were BEYOND helpful, truly such a lovely and supportive team during my whole moving process across the country. Not only did John arrange my storage facility at a great price and was so very helpful, Charlotte came back to the storage unit after hours to help us access it and also stayed very late until after 11.00pm so that the removal men could finish unloading the removal van. She also helped to reduce my moving costs by telling the men that she had to leave otherwise there was going to be an extra 3 hours added on by them as by then I was paying by the hour!! I don’t know how she managed to make 2 burly men move much quicker but she did???????????????? Thank you so much John and Charlotte you both helped to make our move go smoothly and we couldn’t have done it without your kindness and support. I would also like to thank the assistant manager of Big Yellow at Kingston upon Thames (I don’t know her name) and also Georgia Jay who helped us do a remote move. They were both so very kind and helpful and went beyond what they needed to do so I am truly grateful to them too.

The website was ace to use and when reserving I had a good call with Charlotte who told me about the signing in process and the COVID stuff to put my mind at ease. Incredible experience overall - so easy and so quick. Really appreciated

Initial enquiry was straightforward and quick to book and staff were helpful with telephone enquiries. Moving in day was also very simple and the staff were pleasant, able and willing to assist with all our needs.

I was welcomed and was very to move FROM Safestore where I had been a customer for some years but there massive price hikes meant I needed a better rate and Big Yellow smashed them out of the park

Really well -- Hannah was lovely and have had regular calls from the team during the booking process.
