couldn't believe how easy it would be to set up an account and use the facility. With friendly informative staff always available to help.

The staff were excellent, she had looked at our needs before our arrival and found that she could get us a bigger space for the same price. Everything was explained well and all our questions were answered simply. The security features are really good and I feel that all my belongings are really safe. Great price to!

Lucy and Laura could have not been better. Their customer services skills are amazing, from organising the amount of space I required to saying goodbye at the end of a 5 week stay I can find nothing to fault them on. I will recommend them and Big Yellow to anyone who requires 'Storage with a Smile'. Their personal touch was what made my storage experience a great one.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Reception staff only to happy to tweak requirements, even after a number of pre bill changes. Storage spaces could do with a sweep before the next customer use, but generally, the entire premises are clean and tidy.

From the pre-booking on-line to the storage of stuff it couldn't have been easier. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The only criticism is the time it took to enter all the details on the system (perhaps much of it could be done on-line?).

When I checked my goods into storage the IT system was not working but the helpful, industrious and friendly staff member didn't bat an eye. She was thorough, knew everything about the systems involved and remained cheerful throughout. I was pleasantly stunned. This was service as service should be, thank you Big Yellow.

As a first timer at Yellow Box we started out with some trepidation. However the process has gone like clockwork from start to finish. Would recommend and use again.

You can't beat the service here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Maybe a touch too much paperwork, but I guess it is necessary. Everything works as it should and it is really clean and well-maintained.
