I have never used a storage building before but this one sets the standard. Thankyou.

Due to a failed completion, I was desperately trying to find a place to store my property which was already en route. This was at 6.30ish on Friday. Really helpful young lady on the phone (sorry did not catch her name) helped to calm me down and reserved a spot for me at the Cheltenham branch. Again really helpful and understanding staff you looked after me and the removals guys over the next week or so of too-ing and fro-ing. A special mention for Laura who was brilliant all the way through, even calling after the store was emptied to make sure everything had gone ok. Great tea and coffee too!

Billy the manager and all of the office staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. It has enabled me to store my classic car in a safe clean environment,with superb and convenient ease of access.

Stressful move made so much easier by such nice, helpful and very friendly staff. Thank you.

This is the first time we have used a storeage facility. It has proved to be relatively painless thanks to the good folk at Big Yellow. They are helpful, cheerful, and know their business, hence 'efficient and friendly'

Everything was so easy to arrange and the store staff were extremely efficient and friendly.

When we applied for storage space everything was carefully explained to us as regards entry procedure and opening times etc.All in all avery professional company and one in which we have the utmost faith with our belongings!

Billy at Cheltenhams BYS has been fantastic from beginning to end! He helped initially by explaining the service fully and clearly advising on requirements and costings. He was also extremely pro-active and supportive when our plans had to change due to the December snow. Once everthing was back on schedule the service remained positive and friendly from Billy and the rest of the Cheltenham team. Sue

I cannot fault you facility in Cheltenham. The team were super helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Paddy the manager went above and beyond the call of duty and I was satisfied in every way. Would definitely use you again. Thanks Big Yellow!
