Flexibility regarding start date, well managed and polite

Very helpfull, friendly and efficient service. All the staff were extremely keen to answer questions and put us at ease regarding costs, availability and access to our property. They were very efficient at answering the phone when we called, we were never asked to call back and the taff demonstrated outstanding customer service. couldn't be happier with the service we received, nothing was too much trouble for them. Check in was very straight forward. Being able to upgrade to a larger storage unit on arrival.

Explained storage facilities clearly - access to building etc. Were really helpful when we were arriving the day after our storage items - came up with a solution which helped alleviate any concerns and therefore helped relieve any stress. Very helpful throughout the whole process.

Friendly , professional service. Explained procedures well answered all questions , gave advice and nothing was too much trouble . No pressure sales .
