Very well explained process. The Chester team were not pushy at all which I appreciated and made it very easy.

Really clear and really helpful

James was extremely helpful. This was decision was very last minute as we were let down by the property we should of been staying in. It was only required for a few days until we moved our son into his new property. James explained every step process.

My sister handled the initial enquiry, she was very impressed with the conversation with regards to the storage process. Sine then my visits have been handled by Jeff Banks who has been most helpful, understanding and done everything to ensure the process went very smoothly.
