On enquiring we were helped by a man called Martin and then when we actually came to sign up we were desktop with by a young lady, L Burton. Both members of staff were efficient and very pleasant without being overbearing. Both are a credit to your company.

Staff were very helpful, Jeff even made me a brew and was a really nice guy but your website needs to be more in depth about payment, says weekly payments yet I was told to pay the whole amount there and then, And I’ll get re funded what I don’t use? Rather annoying as I’m moving house and losing over £100 in one go was annoying and is going to make things hard for me.
